MOBILE APPLICATION: FARE MATRIX FOR BALIWAG, BULACAN

Abstract

The fare matrix displays the amount the passengers must pay in public utility vehicles like tricycles and jeepneys. The proponents developed a mobile application that will help all passengers in Baliwag, Bulacan know the exact amount to pay when riding tricycles around Baliwag, Bulacan. The proponents used Android Studio to make this mobile application possible, with the support of Java language. The researchers gathered information about the Fare Matrix, while the Municipality of Baliwag provided the latest fare matrix that the proponents used in making the mobile application. The researchers selected the respondents for this mobile application comprising passengers, students, senior citizen, and persons with disability (PWD).
